- Smother the salmon with the mix and pour in the remaining liquids. Spoon some mayonnaise on top of the salmon and gently spread.
- Cover and leave in the fridge. I left mine for 1 hour.
- For the BBQ I cut a strip of foil and brush Olive oil on one side. Place the foil on the bbq and cook the salmon skin side down. I cooked for 5 mins and then turned the salmon on each side cooking for 5 mins on easy side. 20 mins in total. For the last few minutes I covered the salmon and closed bbq. The skin was lovely and crispy and the salmon was nice and succulent:).
