2. Prepare the steamer and measure all ingredients. Next, Place C (sugar, cocoa powder, evaporated milk and corn/canola/sunflower oil) in a deep saucepan. Mix and combine over small heat to dissolve the sugar & everything is well-incorporated and the batter is smooth. Remove from the heat immediately. Sift in self raising flour (B) into the batter. Stir and mix well to combine. Keep aside.
3. In a small mixing bowl; using electric hand mixer, whisk together everything in D (vanilla extract, coffee essence and eggs) until fluffy.
4. Pour this mixture to your cake batter, mix everything well until you get a smooth texture.
5. Pour the batter over small microwaveable take away containers or mini cake moulds/tins (fill only 1/3 or 1/2 of the moulds with batter).

7. Prepare the toppings - combine everything in E in a glass bowl or pot. Double boil and whisk away until you have a no lump ganache. Top/layer each cake with ganache. Sprinkle some chocolate bits/chips or chocolate sprinkles on top. Serve or refrigerate.
